Preparation
- Boil Noodles ahead of time
- Melt butter
- Add Garlic, shallots (or onion), red pepper flakes and saute for 3 minutes
- Add wine to cook down, lemon zest, 3 or 4 minutes
- Add chicken stock, clam juice and bring to a simmer
- Add clams and cook 2 minutes
- Add parmesan & basil and melt
- Add cooked noodles and done
- Top with Salt + Pepper and Parsley
